Book the Studio.

Thank you for choosing Concept Louis Studio as your space to create! Please review all rules & restrictions to avoid any additional fees.

Studio bookings are on an hourly basis. Bookings include equipment and select furniture/props. BOOKINGS DO NOT INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER. If you are not working with a photo/video artist for your project, please reach out to us via form below or email. We will help you source an artist.

Please carefully review house rules as these are strictly invoked:

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

-No smoking, open flames or drugs of any kind anywhere inside the building. A fee will be charged if this occurs on the premises.

-No parties or large gatherings of any kind.

-Please dispose of all trash in kitchen trash can when finished. Place all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run prior to leaving.

-Return all equipment to it's designated space and any props or furniture that was moved during your booking. IF THE STUDIO IS LEFT IN A MESSY STATE, A FEE OF $150 WILL BE CHARGED.

-Please do not arrive late (your rental time begins promptly and ends at the designated booking time, inclusive of set-up and break-down time). If your session goes past 10 mins from your original end time, you will be charged for the full hour.

-No shows will be charged the full amount and new booking must be arranged to replace it. Refunds for cancellations are given up to 48 hours notice in advance, 50% for 24 hours notice.

-No pornographic filming or shooting of any kind.

-Makeup, paint, dyes, ink and anything that stains must be kept away from all furniture (vintage & antiques) and kept in the kitchen/conference table area or makeup/vanity station.

-Studio booking is for persons 18 years and older. Please notify us prior to booking if any creatives, models, photographers, talent or crew members are under the age of 18.

-No pets allowed without prior consent (including animal talent casted for the shoot).

-Props and small items may be moved around but please reach out to us if large furniture pieces must be moved.

-Seamless paper backdrops are an additional $30 per color. They’re available in several colors. If there is a specific color you need, please reach out before booking date as this can be sourced for you.

-No candles, sparklers, rockets, flare guns, confetti, powder cannons of any kind are allowed in the studio.

Security cameras are set up in the studio for safety reasons. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are strictly prohibited.
